(SVA Thesis) When You Reach Me

This is my junior thesis project for BFA Comics at SVA! Made over the course of a year, this is a 17 page oil-painted comic adapting Rebecca Steed's award winning novel "When You Reach Me." This comic tells the story of a girl's adventure to solve the the intent and identity behind a series of notes she finds throughout New York City. 

This comic was originally oil painted on seventeen 18x24in canvases. It was a huge project and my first comic this long. I love it dearly and poured a lot of time into it. I learned a ton from this project. I hope it gets enjoyed!!
